Jammu, Dec. 24 -- The Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign was successfully conducted at Jammu Railway Station from December 21 to December 23, concluding effectively on December 23. The campaign was organized by the Railways in collaboration with the Family Welfare Department under the National Pulse Polio Immunization Programme.

During the campaign, all targeted children in the 0-5 years age group were administered the "two drops of life" polio vaccine. Dedicated polio booths were set up at the entrances and platforms of Jammu Railway Station to ensure maximum coverage.
