Jammu, Jan. 23 -- As a severe cold wave and heavy snowfall continue to grip the Kashmir Valley, railway personnel on the crucial Baramulla-Budgam-Banihal section are demonstrating exceptional dedication to duty. Undeterred by the extreme conditions, track maintainers and pointsmen of the Northern Railway's Jammu Division are working tirelessly to clear snow and ice from tracks, station yards, and crossings.
