Jammu, Jan. 1 -- Brij Mohan Sharma, Principal Secretary to the Government, Culture Department and Harvinder Kour, Secretary, J&K Academy of Arts, Culture and Languages, on Thursday called on Minister for Forest, Ecology & Environment, Javed Ahmed Rana, and presented him with a finely crafted painting depicting trees and lush greenery.
