Baramulla, Nov. 25 -- Baramulla Police have initiated a preliminary inquiry into alleged financial and operational irregularities at the Al Huda Educational Institute.

In a statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), the police said that yhe inquiry has been registered under DDR No. 9 dated 24/11/2025 at Police Station Tangmarg after authorities received inputs suggesting possible violations of regulatory norms.

According to police, the institute is being examined for suspected violations of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), potential tax evasion due to incomplete financial records, and the absence of mandatory accreditation.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
