Jammu, Feb. 12 -- Suhail Rather Bandipora, Feb 12(KNS): In a significant crackdown against drug trafficking, Bandipora Police on Wednesday attached the immovable property of a notorious drug peddler in Ward No. 5, Sheikh Mohalla, under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act, 1985. The attached property comprises a three-storey residential house with an attic belonging to Mohd Shafi Sheikh, son of Mohd Shahbaz Sheikh, a resident of the area. Police said the accused is involved in multiple NDPS cases registered at Police Station Bandipora, including FIR No. 110/2022 and FIR No. 183/2022, both under Sections 8/20 and 29 of the NDPS Act.
