New Delhi, July 12 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the Rozgar Mela via video conferencing and distributed over 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited youth in various central government departments and organisations.

Calling it a day of new beginnings, Modi congratulated the appointees and said they are now part of a common mission of serving the nation, guided by the principle of "Citizen First."
