Jammu, March 21 -- On the eve of International Day of Forests the Pir Panjal Forest Division Budgam organised a function at Yusmarg which was attended by Forest Officials, Environmental Activists , sudents and local residents. The programme was graced by noted Environmental Lawyer Saurabh Sharma who practices in Supreme Court and National Green Tribunal New Delhi.

Social Activist and Chairman Jammu and Kashmir RTI Movement Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat also participated in the plantation drive .

He appreciated the DFO Pir Panjal Forest Division Budgam Mr Waseem Gul for his work and also spoke about this years theme which is Forests for Food.
