Srinagar, Sept. 27 -- Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet Minister Javed Ahmad Dar on Saturday said the government is in the process of addressing financial liabilities created before and after 2019, adding that funds are being released gradually and that preparations for the upcoming Assembly session are underway.

Speaking to KNS, Dar said that over the last 10-12 months, the government has been coordinating with the Union Government to settle pending liabilities from both before and after 2019. He noted that while some funds have already been received, additional money is still in the pipeline.
