Srinagar, Oct. 8 -- PDP President and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday announced that her party will introduce The Jammu and Kashmir Land Rights and Regularisation Bill, 2025 also known as the Anti-Bulldozer Bill in the upcoming session of the J&K Legislative Assembly.

The proposed law aims to grant ownership rights to individuals, families, and institutions that have been in continuous possession of land for more than 30 years. It seeks to prevent arbitrary evictions and provide long-term social and economic stability to residents across the Union Territory.
