Jammu, Feb. 13 -- Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) MLA Waheed ur Rehman Para on Friday accused the BJP of pursuing a "policy of hatred" and selectively targeting minorities in eviction drives from state land.

Speaking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Para said attempts were being made to communalise poverty. "Any person living on state land due to poverty - this is not a Hindu-Muslim issue. Many Hindus are our brothers and they too reside on state land," he said.
