Srinagar, July 12 -- The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held an important workers' meeting in Islam Yerbal ward of Habba Kadal zone. The meeting was chaired by PDP General Secretary Mohammad Khursheed Alam and attended by senior leaders including Arif Laigroo, Dr. Ali Mohammad, and others.

During the meeting, Tufail Ahmad Bhat was unanimously elected as the Ward President for Islam Yerbal.

Addressing the workers, Mohammad Khursheed Alam urged party cadres to gear up for the PDP Foundation Day on 28th July, stressing the need to intensify grassroots connect and strengthen the party's presence in Srinagar.
