Srinagar, June 23 -- President of the Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Front (PDF) and former Minister, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen has strongly urged the Jammu and Kashmir administration to immediately finalize all necessary arrangements for the upcoming holy month of Muharram especially in the Kashmir Valley. In a statement issued to KNS, Hakeem Yaseen expressed deep concern over the repeated failures of the administration in the past to provide adequate facilities during Muharram, despite numerous assurances made to the public and religious leaders.
