JAMMU, Feb. 18 -- In a major security breach with cross-border ramifications, two Pakistani nationals who escaped from a juvenile observation home in Jammu after allegedly opening fire on security personnel were arrested by the Special Task Force (STF) in Ambala, Haryana, officials said. The duo, identified as Mohammad Sanula (20) and Ahsan Anwar (21)-both residents of Punjab province in Pakistan-were apprehended from the Ambala Cantt Railway Station premises while attempting to flee the country via the Nepal border.
