Srinagar, Oct. 9 -- Reacting sharply to the growing sense of helplessness and administrative paralysis in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, Senior Vice President Jammu and Kashmir Peoples conference and former Minister, Abdul Gani Vakil, expressed deep concern over the inefficiency and inexperience of the present administration, led by the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and said that despite being in power for over a year, the current dispensation has failed to deliver even basic governance.
