Jammu, July 17 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today reviewed the ongoing restoration and development work at the historic Mubarak Mandi Complex in Jammu. He was accompanied by Advisor Nasir Aslam Wani and MLA Yudhvir Sethi during the site visit.
The Chief Minister was briefed in detail about the multi-phase project that aims to revive the grandeur of the former Dogra royal palace. Principal Secretary Culture Brij Mohan Sharma gave an overview of the implementation strategy, while Deepika Sharma, Executive Director of the Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, presented various components of the project.
