Ganderbal, June 21 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, during his visit to Ganderbal on Saturday, reaffirmed his commitment to the people of the constituency, stating that he chose not to change his seat out of a moral obligation to those who elected him.

"The people of Ganderbal have done me a favour by electing me as their MLA. I feel a moral duty to serve them. While I have responsibilities across the entire region of Jammu and Kashmir, I will not let down the people of Ganderbal," Omar Abdullah said, addressing a public gathering.
