Jammu, July 30 -- BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, saying his government failed to deliver on promises made to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to KNS, Chugh said "Omar Abdullah's government could not handle administration and failed on all fronts. He must answer the people for his unfulfilled promises."
