Jammu, Jan. 30 -- Jammu, Jan 30 (KNS) ; The Northern Railway on Friday announced the operation of a special reserved train between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Srinagar on January 31 to facilitate passengers amid disruptions in air and road traffic due to inclement weather.
