Jammu, Feb. 9 -- Jammu, Feb 9 (KNS) ; The Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday informed the Assembly that there is no proposal under consideration to transfer administrative control of historic and high-performing colleges like SP College and Amar Singh College to the Cluster Universities of Srinagar and Jammu.
