Jammu, Oct. 12 -- Srinagar (KNS) The Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch Kashmir has successfully executed a long-pending warrant against Khalid Sahani, son of Farooq Sahani, resident of Reshi Mohalla, Khar Doori, Shaheed Gunj, Srinagar. The warrant was issued by the Hon'ble Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vailoo, District Anantnag on 03.12.2021, under Section 512 CrPC, in connection with Case FIR No. 38/2018 under Sections 419 and 420 RPC registered at Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir.
