Srinagar, Dec. 15 -- Minimum temperatures across Kashmir showed minor fluctuations on Monday, with several areas recording a slight drop compared to the previous night, while Jammu region remained largely stable, officials said.

In the Kashmir Valley, Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 1.9degC, marginally lower than 2.0degC recorded a day earlier.

Qazigund saw a sharp dip to 2.2degC from 0.8degC, while Pahalgam remained nearly steady at 2.2degC, compared to 2.4degC yesterday.

Kupwara registered 1.6degC, up from 1.2degC, whereas Kokernag recorded 2.4degC, significantly higher than 0.8degC the previous night. Gulmarg, the ski resort, saw a slight fall to 1.0degC from 1.4degC.
