Srinagar, Oct. 17 -- The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Kashmir Showkat Mir Friday warmly welcomed the decision to restore the Darbar Move, calling it a significant step toward reinforcing the historic bond between the regions of Jammu and Kashmir.
