Jammu, April 16 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Showkat Ahmad Mir Wednesday highlighted the importance of party functionaries staying connected with the public, saying they serve as a crucial link to ensure that the concerns of the people are effectively addressed.
