Srinagar, Nov. 4 -- Former Minister and senior Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Naeem Akhtar on Tuesday expressed deep grief over the death of veteran journalist Tariq Bhat, calling it an irreparable loss to Kashmir's journalistic fraternity.
