Srinagar, Jan. 6 -- Former Deputy Chief Minister MuzafarHussainBeigh today paid rich tributes to the PDP patron Mufti Muhammad Sayeed on his fourth death anniversary.
Talking to KNS, he lauded his role in the development of the state,Beigh said that Mufti had a political and developmental vision which no can match. He also said that his earlier three years of government say much about his interest in development of J&K.
