The Office of the Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Bandipora, has issued a stern circular warning employees against unauthorised absences and violations of workplace discipline, including improper leave procedures and non-compliance with the prescribed dress code.

The warning comes in the wake of a surprise inspection conducted by the Medical Superintendent, during which several employees were found absent from their duties without prior approval or official intimation.
