Srinagar, July 13 -- Apni Party Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir has expressed deep disappointment over the government's failure to pay homage to the martyrs of July 13, 1931. In a statement issued here, Mir said that the least one could have expected from the cabinet were gestures like observing a moment of silence and holding a meeting in memory of these martyrs on their anniversary today.
