Srinagar, April 6 -- Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir, Molvi Umar Farooq, has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the tragic fire incident at Shah-i-Hamdan Darul Uloom in Tral, in which a 10-year-old boy, Yasir Ahmad, son of Bashir Ahmad of Karmulla Tral, lost his life and several others sustained injuries.

Terming the incident as extremely painful and heartbreaking, the Mirwaiz extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the young child and prayed for his maghfirah, asking Almighty Allah to grant him a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and patience to his grieving parents and loved ones.
