Srinagar, Dec. 11 -- Apni Party leader Gulam Hussain Mir on Thursday called on the Government of India to actively engage with the people of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly the youth, to rebuild trust and address lingering political and administrative concerns.
Speaking to reporters, Mir said the region has given the ruling party time to perform since the last elections, but public dissatisfaction has grown. "A lava has been cooked, people want to show their result. This is a sign of that," he said, urging the Centre to take the first step in initiating dialogue.
