Jammu, March 17 -- JKPCC General Secretary Mir Ruvais has expressed concern over the delay in completion of ongoing construction work inside Hazratbal shrine.

He said people are forced to offer prayers outside the shrine thereby causing huge inconvenience especially during inclement weather .
