Srinagar, Oct. 9 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Showkat Ahmad Mir, today chaired a meeting with block functionaries from Soibugh in Budgam Assembly segment at the party headquarters, Nawa-e-Subha, Srinagar.

During the meeting, Mir urged the party cadre to intensify grassroots outreach and preparations for the upcoming by-elections in the constituency.
