Mendhar, Dec. 10 -- The long-pending Mini Secretariat project in Mendhar has been revived after more than a decade, with the state government sanctioning Rs 5.06 crore for its completion.
Cabinet Minister Javed Ahmed Rana congratulated the residents of Mendhar on the development and expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for approving the funds to restart the project, which was originally cleared in 2010 but had remained stalled.
