Baramulla, Jan. 2 -- As part of Road Safety Month from 01 to 31 January, the Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Minga Sherpa today flagged off a road safety awareness rally to sensitise the public about safe driving practices and traffic discipline.

The rally, organised by the Motor Vehicles Department, was flagged off with prominently displayed awareness banners highlighting key road safety messages, including wearing seat belts and helmets, avoiding overspeeding, refraining from drink-driving, and not using mobile phones while driving.
