Rajouri, Aug. 10 -- As part of the nationwide sericulture awareness and technology transfer initiative - "Mera Resham Mera Abhiman" - a series of farmer training programmes were successfully conducted across District Rajouri from August 5 to 7, 2025.

The programmes were organised by the Central Sericulture Research and Training Institute (CSR&TI), Pampore, Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and its regional unit, the Regional Sericultural Research Station (RSRS), Miransahib, in collaboration with the Department of Sericulture, Rajouri.
