Handwara, July 31 -- A major reshuffle is expected in the Health and Education Departments, with transfers likely for doctors who have been serving in the same posting for more than three years. The move is aimed at improving efficiency and ensuring rotation in services.

During her visit to Handwara on Thursday, Minister Sakina Itoo said that transfers are a routine and necessary process in every department. "Transfers should take place every two to three years.
