Srinagar, May 23 -- National Conference (NC) provincial president for Jammu province, Davinder Singh Rana on Thursday said that Lok Sabha polls in Jammu and Kashmir were semi finals for the National Conference (NC) while as in finals (assembly polls), it will emerge victorious on maximum seats and will form its own government in the State.
