Ramban, Sept. 12 -- Leader of the Opposition (LoP) Sunil Sharma visited Rajgarh in Ramban district to assess the situation following the cloudburst that struck the area on August 30, leaving five dead and several families affected.

The cloudburst triggered sudden flash floods and mudslides, causing extensive damage to homes, farmlands, and local infrastructure. During his visit, Sharma met with bereaved families, offered condolences, and assured them of all possible support for recovery.

"We stand firmly with every family affected by this disaster," Sharma said, urging the government to ensure swift and adequate relief. He also assured that he would personally follow up to ensure that promises are implemented.
