Jammu, Oct. 30 -- LoP Sunil Sharma on Thursday said that the government had failed to show seriousness toward the flood victims of Jammu and Kashmir and announced a walkout from the House over the issue.

Speaking during the proceedings, Sharma said the House was assured that a discussion would be held on a resolution related to flood victims, but it did not take place. "We were told there would be a discussion on the flood victims, but it never happened.
