Jammu, Sept. 4 -- In a move highlighting the severe impact of recent floods on Jammu Division, Leader of Opposition in the J&K Legislative Assembly, Sunil Sharma (MLA), has formally requested the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) to defer the upcoming written examination for 10+2 Lecturer posts.

The plea, detailed in an official letter dated September 3, 2025, cites widespread displacement, infrastructure damage, and disrupted preparation as key reasons for the postponement.
