Srinagar, Dec. 29 -- A fresh Western Disturbance is expected to affect Jammu and Kashmir from December 30, bringing light to moderate snowfall in parts of the Kashmir Valley, while dry weather is likely to return from January 2 onwards, weather observers said. According to Kashmir Weather, the region will witness mostly dry and cloudy conditions on December 29, with a possibility of very light snowfall over higher reaches, particularly along the Zojila-Drass axis. The weather is expected to change on December 30 with the arrival of a new Western Disturbance.
