Srinagar, Feb. 10 -- The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has predicted generally cloudy weather with the possibility of light rain and snow at scattered places in Kashmir, particularly in the higher reaches of North and Central Kashmir, and at isolated places in Jammu Division on February 10.
