Srinagar, Nov. 17 -- Life has started limping back to normalcy in the Valley after over three months of spontaneous shutdown in the wake of New Delhi's decision to abrogate the special status of Jammu and Kashmir under Article 370.

On Sunday huge rush of customers was witnessed at weekly flea market at Residency Road in Srinagar. There were huge traffic jams on Residency Road and MA Road as street vendors had set up their stalls on footpaths and even on roads.
