Kupwara, Oct. 15 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday visited 'Roshan Mustaqbil', a youth empowerment centre at Zangli, run by Indian Army's Vajr Division to channelise local talent into education, skills and livelihood. He was accompanied by Maj Gen K Mohan Nair, YSM, SM, General Officer Commanding, Vajr Division and other senior officers.

The centre currently has over 690 youth enrolled, who are building a better future for themselves and the society.
