JAMMU, April 13 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today interacted with the Heads of Government Medical Colleges, and Medical Institutions from across J&K at Raj Bhawan.

On the occasion, Dr Shiv Kumar Sarin, Director, Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences shared his expert insights on proactive strategies and adopting a healthy lifestyle to improve liver health.
