Srinagar, Sept. 27 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for approving the construction of 5,061 houses in rural areas of Jammu and Kashmir under a special project of PMAY-G.

LG Sinha said the move will restore safety and stability in the lives of thousands of affected households. "A new home will enable families to regain economic stability and significantly improve their overall well-being," he added.(KNS)
