The District Employment and Counselling Centre Kupwara Friday organized a certificate distribution ceremony for local youth who recently completed three-month skill training course titled 'GST Assistant with Tally'.

A total of twenty five candidates successfully completed the course at Wyath Services Private Limited Kupwara office.

On the occasion Assistant Director District Employment and Counselling Centre Kupwara Arshid Qadir said that their efforts have been to empower youth with market-relevant skills, enabling them to earn a dignified livelihood.
