Srinagar, March 17 -- Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Monday expressed deep concern over an incident in Kulgam, where a police officer was seen kicking a woman who, along with others, was protesting against the mysterious deaths of two tribal siblings and the continued disappearance of a third youth.

Notably, a video clip of the incident went viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage over the police officer's action.
