Jammu, June 15 -- The Kashmir Trade Alliance today issued an urgent appeal to External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, requesting immediate arrangements for the safe evacuation of students from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir currently studying in Iran, as the Tel Aviv-Tehran conflict continues to escalate.

In a statement released to KNS, Kashmir Trade Alliance President Aijaz Shahdhar expressed grave concerns about the safety and well-being of Kashmiri students pursuing their education in Iran amid the deteriorating security situation in the region.
