Srinagar, June 11 -- Minister for Education Sakina Itoo on Wednesday said the government is monitoring the ongoing rise in temperatures across Jammu and Kashmir and will take a decision on summer vacations in schools soon.
Speaking to reporters, Itoo assured that authorities are closely observing the situation and will respond in the interest of students and schools. "We are watching the temperature levels carefully and a decision regarding summer vacations will be made shortly," she said.
