Akhnoor, Dec. 23 -- Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, on tuesday paid rich tributes to late Madan Lal Sharma, former Minister and Parliamentarian, on his 5th death anniversary at his native village.

The tributes were paid in the presence of his son, Minister Satish Sharma, along with family members, well-wishers, and members of the public.
